Tasks

• Develops, maintains and tests student administration systems based on Omnitracker
• Accept requirements together with the specialist department ZIB, the digital officer teaching and the faculties and translate them into viable solutions
• Administrative processes around application, admission and enrollment together with the specialist department analyze and gradually digitize
• Analyze, triage and process incidents and service requests as well as ensure 2nd/3rd level support
• Creating and continuously updating relevant documentation
• Support and train stakeholders
• Operation of the Studitracker application
• Sharing knowledge in the team and supporting further central teaching services (KSL, LMS) if necessary Requirements
• University of applied sciences degree or equivalent education preferably in computer science or business informatics
• Experience in the support and responsibility of applications including their modules and interfaces
• Experience and knowledge of the framework Omnitracker (Omninet GmbH) as well as of VBScript, Python, Java, PHP and SQL as well as with modern web frontend technologies are advantageous
• High self-employment and sense of responsibility, pronounced team orientation and enjoyment of knowledge transfer, quick comprehension, organizational skills as well as the readiness for education and training
