The Valais Hospital is looking for the Valais Romand Hospital Centre a Socio-cultural Animator at 70% for the socio-cultural service of the Psychiatry-Psychotherapy (PPP) pole ## Mission - Organize cultural events within or outside the PPP - Ensure the permanence of a socio-cultural space within the PPP - Propose an activity program for patients, their families, and collaborators - Enhance the Malévoz site in collaboration with the Malévoz arts cultural and heritage association (hosting resident artists, events for the general public, visits, conferences, editions, cultural mediations, etc.) - Collaborate with volunteers, the committee, and the staff of the Malévoz arts cultural and heritage association ## Profile - HES training or equivalent title - Several years of experience in the socio-cultural field - Initiative, leadership - Relational skills, negotiation and communication sense - Tenacity, perseverance - Ability to work in a team, sense of collaboration - Dynamism, flexibility, mobility, and broad-mindedness - Synthetic and analytical mind - Perfect confidentiality regarding patient data - Mastery of social networks and communication related to the function Only offers matching the profile will be processed.
