Responsibilities - Pleasant working atmosphere - Varied tasks in a polyvalent laboratory (hematology, hemostasis, clinical chemistry, immunology/allergy and urine diagnostics) - Sample collection, manual tasks as well as work on automated analysis systems - Venous and capillary blood draws - Equipment maintenance and internal/external quality controls according to Qualab specifications - You advise internal clients (physicians, nursing staff) competently, solution‑oriented and on equal footing - Rotating holiday shifts, no night or weekend duty ## • Requirements - You have a degree as Biomedical Analyst (BMA) HF / MTL - Experience in the above laboratory diagnostic disciplines is advantageous - Technical understanding and proficiency with common software programs such as Word, Excel etc. - Independent and structured way of working and a high level of responsibility - You convince as a personality: flexible, committed, open‑minded and team‑oriented
