- To complete the team of the nursing service of the Regional Hospital of Locarno La Carità we are looking for a nurse specialized in anesthesia (80-100%) Profile: The person we are looking for will be responsible for guaranteeing specialized nursing care in anesthesia for patients undergoing operations mainly in general surgery, visceral surgery, orthopaedics-traumatology and urology, actively collaborating with the anesthesiologist in the different phases of the perioperative process.
- You will be involved in the preparation, management and monitoring of patients before, during and after anesthesia, helping to ensure high standards of safety and quality of care.
- The collaborator employed in the service is required to have an important spirit of adaptation and flexibility in the management of planned and complex clinical situations, characterized by rapid evolution.
- He has solid clinical and technical skills in the anesthetic field, knows how to evaluate priorities and make decisions in a timely and appropriate manner, maintaining calm even in high-intensity care contexts and in emergency situations.
