Nurse specialized in anesthesia - Ausschreibung The EOC, the multi-site hospital in Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. To complete the team of the nursing service of the Regional Hospital of Locarno La Carità we are looking for a nurse specialized in anesthesia (80-100%) Profile: The person we are looking for will be responsible for guaranteeing specialized nursing care in anesthesia for patients undergoing operations mainly in general surgery, visceral surgery, orthopaedics-traumatology and urology, actively collaborating with the anesthesiologist in the different phases of the perioperative process. You will be involved in the preparation, management and monitoring of patients before, during and after anesthesia, helping to ensure high standards of safety and quality of care. The collaborator employed in the service is required to have an important spirit of adaptation and flexibility in the management of planned and complex clinical situations, characterized by rapid evolution. He has solid clinical and technical skills in the anesthetic field, knows how to evaluate priorities and make decisions in a timely and appropriate manner, maintaining calm even in high-intensity care contexts and in emergency situations. The ideal candidate is sensitive to interpersonal dynamics, actively contributes to teamwork and maintains a positive attitude even under pressure. • Necessary requirements: diploma of nurse expert in anesthesia care dipl. SPD SSS (or recognized equivalent qualification); flexibility, adaptability and precision; relational and communication skills; propensity to work in multidisciplinary teams; in addition to the Italian language, knowledge of another national language will be an advantage; knowledge of the main IT tools (Office package).
