Tasks

• You maintain and update customer data in our system and ensure its correctness, completeness and timeliness
• You check existing data sets, recognize inconsistencies and independently carry out necessary corrections
• You take care of the cleaning of doublets as well as faulty or incomplete data records and thus ensure a clean database
• You support the ongoing data cleaning and standardization of customer data
• You document adjustments comprehensibly and thus ensure transparency in the data processes
• You work closely with different departments and support in clarifying data questions in daily business

Requirements

• You have a commercial education or comparable qualification and ideally bring first experience in data maintenance or in the back office
• You work safely with MS Office, especially Excel and enjoy working with digital tools
• You work very carefully and structured and attach great importance to accuracy and quality
• You have a basic understanding of data structures and initial touch points with CRM or ERP systems
• You enjoy working in a team and can also implement tasks independently, reliably and responsibly
• You have very good knowledge of German in words and writing, knowledge of French or Italian is a plus
