For our interdisciplinary Agogik department, we are looking FOR an Agogic SPECIALIST TO SUPPORT the AGOGIK 50% social pedagogue/social worker (f/m/d) Your area of responsibility In order to better cover the Agogik department in terms of time and personnel, we are looking for competent support for the following tasks: Coverage of the reporting point for violence prevention
• Counselling and support of clients
• Co-responsibility for the IBB process, including quality assurance and controlling
• Participation in the review and optimisation of agogic processes
• Strengthening the accompanying competence of the specialist staff
• Support in various work processes around the concerns of agogik
• Completed training in social pedagogy or social work
• In-depth knowledge of agogic questions and concepts
• Proven consulting techniques and a safe appearance in front of smaller and larger audiences
• Independent work and decision-making power
