The Multifaceted Day

• They are the technical contact person for pedagogical issues in the area of housing and support teams and managers in a practical way in day-to-day care and team life.
• They accompany case discussions, pedagogical processes and professional reflections and support the teams in complex situations.
• They help develop agogic specialist principles, standards and instruments and support their implementation and further development in everyday living.
• They design practical specialist inputs and further training for employees and participate in educational offers for clients.
• They promote professional exchange and knowledge transfer and work closely with Agogik experts: women from the fields of work, supported communication and prevention as well as other specialist areas.

Their diverse talents

• they have completed training at tertiary level in the field of social, medical or special education or in a related field with comparable qualifications;
• They bring in-depth agogic expertise and experience in working with people in need of support as well as in specialist advice or practical support.
• They are an empathetic, communication-strong personality with professional serenity, which also conveys peace and orientation in complex situations.
• They meet teams and clients at eye level, think in a networked way and look for pragmatic, solution-oriented ways.
• Enjoyment in specialist development, knowledge transfer and cooperation with different professional groups rounds off your profile.
