## Mansioni - Competently handle reservations for individual and group guests as the first point of contact, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and proactive attention to detail - Maintain and update guest databases with the utmost accuracy, contributing significantly to guest satisfaction and loyalty - Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and with sensitivity, always finding the most suitable solution in a discreet and efficient manner - Manage multichannel communication, responding to all incoming enquiries by phone and email - Coordinate with other departments to ensure optimal alignment between room and event occupancy and our F&B and Spa offerings - Support the Reservations Manager with administrative tasks, ensure adherence to our high standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products
