• You participate and invest fully with the General Agent and the Regional Directorate in the establishment of the new Main Agency of Western Lausanne
• You run the main agency as an independent contractor.
• You take on the role of expert in the field of sales and insurance consulting
• You recruit and supervise your collaborators by ensuring that they develop. You ensure that the objectives are met in place the appropriate measures
• You develop the corporate culture, you define the organization and you plan the commercial measures on the market
• You track your own portfolio and acquire new customers to ensure the growth of the region's results
• You guarantee the quality of the advice of your teams to clients
• You have a 360° approach, focusing on the specific needs in all areas of insurance and close partnership with the General Agents All Branch and Planning and Heritage of the region
• You represent AXA in the All Branch field in your region, you guarantee the principles, values, philosophy and strategy AXA
