You want to prevent goods from disappearing from our stockpiles and have great fun working with people, security equipment and developing our security measures? In this role, you are actively committed to protecting our corporate values and strengthening the safety culture at our location.

Mansioni

• Together with an external security team, you take over the object protection on site
• In the guard service, you monitor the premises in logistics and regularly carry out personnel, material and video checks.
• You monitor and manage the EMA
• Assist in implementing and enforcing security measures or policies
• For internal and external security-relevant inquiries and ideas, you are the first point of contact and take responsibility for the standby telephone
• Recognize and monitor new abuses and dangers regarding goods safety

Requirements

• Several years: In a similar function with corresponding knowledge in the security and surveillance industry, especially in the control of persons (advantage in the logistics sector)
• Completed initial or further training: In a safety-relevant area
• You have successfully completed the recognised IHK examination in accordance with § 34a GewO or are on your way there
• For you, a respectful and professional approach is important and you bring very good knowledge of people, empathy, a very high ability to conflict as well as a safe and de-escalating appearance.
• You have an impeccable reputation, discretion and sense of responsibility as well as a responsible, independent and analytical working method
• Readiness for day and shift work (5 days, 40 hours a week from Monday to Saturday between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., as well as occasional on-call work), as well as mobility that meets working hours

Reconcile actions and decisions with your personal beliefs and values Identify potential for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and effectiveness

• High IT affinity and experienced handling of common office programs, experience with various goods data and warehouse management systems are an advantage

German (very good knowledge) English (advantageous)
