• Responsibility for the processing of invoices, cost language and service requests in the paramedical environment.
• Technical examination of performance claims and development of well-founded performance decisions.
• Close cooperation with insured persons, service providers and internal and external contacts.
• Coordination and implementation of clarifications in demanding performance cases.
• Contact person for professional and administrative questions about paramedical services.
• Co-creation of a service-oriented customer experience through solution-oriented action and high quality standards.

This sets you apart

• Medical, paramedical or commercial training completed
• Sound expertise and professional experience in the field of physiotherapy
• Experience in performance and/or a health or social security card ideally complement your profile
• Flexible, responsible and resilient personality with an exact and independent working method
• Impeccable oral and written expression in German as well as good knowledge of English
• Further language skills are welcome
• Open personality with communication flair and enjoyment of cross-line collaboration
