• Ensuring customer-centred support for policyholders
• Checking and processing of invoices, requests for cost-related language and requests for services
• Taking on an important role along the customer journey
• Handling of benefits cases in the areas of prevention, aids, maternity, dentistry, complementary medicine and nutritional advice
• Close cooperation with process and specialist support
• Cooperation with customer service
• Correspondence with policyholders and service providers
• Telephone contact with social, private insurance institutions and authorities and internal interfaces

• Commercial or medical professional training
• Experience in the field of services as well as a health or social security card of advantage
