Purpose
Manages and directs employees in the sale and distribution of Strategic Business Unit products and services to achieve and sustain profitable growth (i.e. writing new business, retaining existing accounts, providing quality service, increasing market share and product mix while operating within Strategic Business Unit guidelines). Key Accountabilities
Selects, trains, develops, and coaches team members, assesses their performance, and provides recommendations on other human resource issues (e.g., promotions, transfers, salary administration and terminations).
