Administrative practitioner/a - Ausschreibung L’EOC the multisite hospital of Ticino is present with its institutes on the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1’000 beds.

To complete the administrative team of the Ticino Cardiocentro Institute in Lugano, we look for an administrative practitioner (100%) Profile: The person we are looking for is able to manage time efficiently and effectively, defining priorities and orienting their activities to the goals of the service.

It demonstrates flexibility, spirit of initiative and ability to adapt to changes and operational needs.

It possesses strong organizational and relational skills, combined with sensitivity to others, ability to work in teams and good stress management, even in dynamic and complex contexts.

It shares, like us, the belief that the patient and his family should be placed at the centre of attention, ensuring professionalism, listening and quality in the taking.

• Requirements: Cantonal trade maturities, Federal Capacity Certificate (AFC) of Business Employee Bachelor's or equivalent qualification
• Excellent knowledge of Italian, is a preferential title of good knowledge of English and a second national language
• Excellent knowledge of computer tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Exploited relationships, communication and interdisciplinary collaboration.
