His duties

• Telephone contact with customers, custodians, artisans and authorities
• Processing of defects
• Preparation and designation of maintenance/repair assignments
• Processing and counting of invoices
• Organization of appointments for administration (e.g. shooting/consigning apartments, issue of lease contracts)
• Assistance to administrators for assignments concerning lease contracts, resumption/consignment of objects, processing of final counts, participation in condominium assemblies

Your profile

• Trade Entrepreneurship E-/M profile or similar/even formation (e.g. Construction Drawer)
• Experience in the commercial sector, whether in the real estate sector
• Italian mother tongue and good knowledge of national languages, good correspondence skills
• Good knowledge MS Office application (Word, Excel, Outlook, evt. Power-point)
• Competent, customer oriented, collaborative and oriented/or results
• Independent, reliable, works precisely and resiliently
• Self-aware, safe presence, pleasure to contact with people
