Role overview

Description The Office for Migration and Civil Law currently employs around 230 staff at over 20 locations in the Canton of Grisons and is responsible for the implementation of the foreigner and asylum legislation at the cantonal level.

We are looking for an engaged, versatile, and responsible personality who can support the office administration and take on the role of deputy personnel responsible.

## Tasks - Administrative and organizational support to the office administration (including appointment scheduling, business administration, meeting and travel organization, protocol and correspondence, etc.) - Creation of presentations, analyses, and statistics - Conducting research and archiving tasks - Reception and assistance to visitors - Pivot function between office administration, department heads, and staff - Planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external events - Support in HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and personnel development - Participation in personnel administration (hiring, termination, mutations, personnel statistics, certificates, etc.) ## Requirements - Completed commercial basic education (EFZ) or equivalent training - Several years of professional experience in a similar function, preferably with HR or executive assistant tasks - Further training or affinity in personnel management and/or project management - Very good IT user skills (MS Office and specialized applications) - Confident German in speech and writing; knowledge of other official languages is an advantage - Discreet, service-oriented, and structured personality with a strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills
