Main responsibilities
- Main responsibilities:
- Uniform reporting systems and industrial processes in different entities, implement consolidated monthly reporting and necessary IT tools.
- Ensure optimal management of financial processes.
- Budget and treasury: Process and monitor the annual budget with operational managers, oversee financial flows and manage treasury.
- Accounting and tax management closures: ensure the annual closure of consolidated accounts, their certification and approval by external auditors.
- Pilot the tax management of the group in compliance with Swiss regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, actively participate in the strategic decisions of the Board of Directors.
- Analyse acquisition opportunities and subsequent management of integration of new entities.
- Contribute to the ESG initiatives of the group, including specific reports. Requirements:
- Experience of at least 10 years in the role of Financial Director in industrial SMEs
