Hourly transport worker - Ausschreibung The EOC, the multi-site hospital in Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. The organization allows us to effectively combine a local approach and an overall vision, guaranteeing the population a global and local hospital offer, regardless of the place where the services are required. Thanks to the commitment and expertise of over 6,500 collaborators and their attention to human relationships, the EOC ensures quality healthcare by taking care of over 41,000 inpatients per year and providing over 600,000 outpatient consultations. To complete our team of the physiotherapy and occupational therapy service of the EOC Rehabilitation Clinic (CREOC), Faido location, we are looking for an hourly transport worker (0%) Profile: The hourly worker works within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation context and guarantees the safe and efficient transport of patients between the different departments, diagnostic services and treatment areas of the clinic. Carries out activities in compliance with internal procedures, ensuring punctuality, precision and attention to the person assisted. Is able to independently manage variable workloads, maintaining high collaboration with the physiotherapy/ergotherapy, nursing, medical, administrative and other services involved. Demonstrates good interpersonal skills, a sense of responsibility and a respectful and discreet approach towards patients, family members and colleagues. Flexible, reliable and service quality oriented person. Necessary requirements:

• Excellent organizational and priority management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
• Knowledge of the main IT tools (email, internal systems)
• Aptitude for teamwork and coordination with multiple services Observations: In the context of internal applications, preference will be given to profiles coming from services in which particular flexibility in shift work is not already required, in order to guarantee a balanced organization of resources.
