• Responsible for the maintenance of the building envelope and outdoor areas, the maintenance, inspection, and cleaning of building services and facilities, as well as all related work
• Contact person for the information and communication flow of users in building K02
• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and implementation of house rules and alarm organization
• Responsible for the planning, monitoring, and final inspection of building services
• Responsible for office furnishings and support for interior design
• Contact person and interface for internal and external service providers, e.g., winter service, plant fire department, and external suppliers ## Requirements
• Completed vocational training in a trade
• Several years of professional experience in the maintenance and upkeep of building facilities
• Willingness for possible on-call duty
• High level of personal commitment as well as an independent and conscientious way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English
