Role overview

Job Description The position is expected as a maternity leave replacement with a fixed-term contract until December 31, 2026.

The resource will report to the Accounting and Fiscal Manager and will be inserted into the accounts payable team, following the flow of management of passive invoices for the IBSA group companies.

## Responsibilities - Registration of passive invoices - Support and interaction with other functions to ensure timely issuance of invoices for goods and services (with and without purchase order in SAP) - Control and reconciliation of open vendor accounts - Management of vendor reminders - Administrative practices ## Required Profile - Commercial Employee/ Diploma in Accounting - 2/3 years of experience in accounts payable (passive invoices) - Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel - Experience in using BLP Digital and SAP - Good knowledge of the Italian language; basic knowledge of English - Precision, organization, and collaboration - Responsible and reliable person, accustomed to managing short-term deadlines ## What We Offer - Workplace: IBSA Institut Biochimique SA, Collina d'Oro ## Contact - Workplace: IBSA Institut Biochimique SA, Collina d'Oro
