Role overview

Description You advise on the introduction of capital market-friendly reporting.

Additionally, you guide our clients through the transition of their accounting to Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS and are the point of contact for complex balance sheet questions (Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, and Obligation Law).

You support clients in the preparation of financial information, especially for corporate transactions (e.g., Carve-out Financial Statements).
