Department Manager Dairy — Transgourmet

The company is a leader in Swiss delivery and cash & carry wholesale, employing around 2,100 staff and serving 100,000 customers (restaurants, hotels, canteens, care homes, and hospitals, as well as retail). ## • Responsibilities - You will manage the department operationally according to economic principles and implement the defined company and market performance processes - You will promote and develop employees, including implementing staff and vacation planning as well as horizontal promotion (TOJ) - You will ensure compliance with internal and legal QS and ASIB guidelines as well as the implementation of internal regulations and instructions - You will maintain the flow of information and communication within the department, the market, and with MCM - You will build a network of relationships with our customers - You will be responsible for daily sales readiness and product presentation, executing sales activities according to the annual sales plan, and ensuring product availability ## • Requirements - You already have leadership experience and bring several years of experience in a similar role - You enjoy active customer interaction - You are proficient with the MS Office suite - You are excited by new challenges - You speak fluent German - Ideally, you already have forklift and/or pallet truck training (SUVA standard)
