Start after agreement • Responsibilities: - Take over the technical and personnel leadership in the coding department - Continuously develop the coding processes and competently support the clinics in coding-related issues - Assume responsibility for cross-departmental tasks and projects - Code inpatient cases from all specialties precisely and quality-conscious • Requirements: - As a medical coder or with comparable qualification, you bring several years of experience as a medical documentation assistant, medical documenter, or coding specialist in a hospital environment - Solid knowledge in medical controlling and handling relevant coding systems distinguishes you - You have experience in leading teams or are willing to develop in this area - By outstanding communication skills, high reliability, integration ability, and a high degree of initiative and independence, you convince in everyday life Can you do something others can't?
