Competence of the City of Lugano

• Requirements of general order those provided for by ROCCL and in particular: - unexceptionable conduct; - psychophysical fitness to function.
• Requisites of particular order
• federal certificate of capacity as a road manufacturer/car AFC;
• proven multiannual experience in the field of road construction;
• knowledge of safety regulations (SUVA) and of yard signage (VSS);
• organizational and control skills;
• attitude to the management of personnel and the discretion;
• ease in the execution of manual works and in finding practical solutions;
• ability to use of the machinery and the optical instruments
• Preferential requirements - appropriate experience in operating teams management. On the basis of the work programmes, the needs of service, the indications and priorities established by the managers, plans, organizes, coordinates, and controls the activities of their team. In particular: - cooperates personally and directly with the activity; (ii) the Commission's proposal for a Council Directive on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the protection of the environment

• it can be called/to provide service in emergency situations (intemperies, snow calle, picket and more) also on public holidays and off-time;
• other work assignments compatible with its function and its skills can be given. Yearly wage (threeteenth monthly and salary scale updated at 01.01.2026).
