- Track record of translating market insights into successful product strategies, with the ability to identify customer needs, market opportunities, competitive trends, and growth initiatives

- The role is part of the Critical Power Agile organization and reports to the Chapter Leader Product Management.
- The role has no direct reports but provides strong matrix leadership across agile Teams.
- In this role, you will be accountable for the overall performance and strategic direction of the product portfolio.
- You will define the mid- to long-term portfolio roadmap, align Agile Teams around common priorities, identify portfolio opportunities and risks, and ensure that product decisions support profitable growth, lifecycle discipline, customer value and execution focus.
- Day-to-day Agile execution remains with the Agile Team Product Managers and Product Owners.
- You will work globally across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Service, Finance and the PM Chapter.
- You will identify market trends, competitive shifts, strategic opportunities and potential M&A or partnership candidates, translating these insights into clear portfolio recommendations and leadership decisions.
- The ideal candidate combines strategic product leadership, strong business acumen, industrial product understanding, portfolio management discipline and the ability to influence without formal authority.
- This role is suited to a senior product leader who can connect market needs, technology evolution, financial performance and Agile execution into one coherent product portfolio strategy.
