We offer comprehensive practical business training in the banking sector. With us, you will learn everything you need for a successful career and to shape your professional future at UBS.

Your training During your three years of learning, you will work in different teams within the bank and discover the many exciting areas of UBS. Our motivated trainers will always be at your side.

In addition to vocational school, you will benefit from practical CYP training in your region. You will meet other apprentices from different banks and learn the theoretical bases of the banking sector. CYP will prepare you perfectly for the final examination of the banking branch. At UBS, you will deepen your knowledge of our products and services and discover our customer advice approach. We will also attach great importance to the development of your social skills such as sales techniques and communication.

In our case, your apprenticeship will not simply end with the Federal Trade Employee Certificate (FCC with or without professional maturity type economy). Many former apprentices stay at home and start their careers with a fixed job or by deepening their knowledge through our two-year Youth Talent Promotion Programme (JUNA).

Your team You will be part of a large group of apprentices employed in UBS commerce. You will meet regularly during internal and external training, events of several days and on many other occasions. Friendships often form, going beyond work and training.

Your knowledge and experience You have completed the highest compulsory level with good grades in mathematics, German, English and French. What is particularly important to us:
