Sion Hospital is seeking for the Valais Romand Hospital Center a 100% Medical-Therapeutic Manager for the Physiotherapy and Ergotherapy Services of Sion Hospital ## Mission - Coordinate and ensure the application of physiotherapy and ergotherapy services to hospitalized and outpatient patients - Take on interesting and varied professional situations in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams - Contribute to the development of the Medical-Therapeutic Sector of Sion Hospital - Coordinate and support the relocation of MTT services to the future extension ## Profile - HES diploma in physiotherapy or equivalent training - Training in physiotherapy and respiratory physiotherapy - Interest / experience in acute care, medicine, surgery, orthopedics, neurology - Training in proximity management or willingness to train - Several years of practical experience in a physiotherapy service and acute care - Ability to promote and develop quality care and lead organization and development projects - Initiative, leadership - Relational skills, negotiation and communication sense - Ability to work in a team and in interdisciplinary, sense of collaboration - Dynamism, flexibility and broad-mindedness - Mastery of computer tools and general office work - Knowledge of the German language, an asset Only applications matching the profile will be considered.
