Application process
- Applications must be obtained through the application form online by Friday 29 May 2026 at 23:59, accompanied by the following documents: presentation letter; curriculum vitae with photo;
- copies of the certificates of study and work;
- self-certification on good conduct (available from the site of the Municipal Administration of Mendrisio);
- questionnaire on the state of health for the recruitment of staff

- advice and assistance to users at the door, by telephone and by correspondence, with management of requests and relative sorting towards the competent business areas;
- support to the administrative management of customers and practices connected to the services provided;
- preparation, verification and replacement in the preparation of the advancements of connection for the services of competence, transmission of the relative orders and subsequent billing;
- support to the periodic and extraordinary billing processes of the different business services;
- management of requests and administrative recovery of credits relating to consumption bills;
- control, monitoring and reporting of the guarantees required to customers, with updating of the same according to the risk and in compliance with internal procedures;
- start of the procedure for laying the systems of measurement (contatories) to prepayment and relative administrative management;
- support to the administrative management of the changes of customers (new connections, changes of ownership, terminations and contractual changes); -
