For our establishment Tertianum Le Rolliet in Plan-les-Ouates (GE), which will open in April 2026, we are looking for a

100 % Operating/Technical Officer

Your role

You contribute directly to the safety, proper functioning and quality of the establishment's environment. In connection with the teams, you are a reference person for technical questions and contribute to a common culture of safety and prevention.

Your role depends as much on your technical expertise as on your ability to communicate, explain, support and find solutions.

Your main responsibilities

• Actively participate in the establishment and structuring of technical and security processes as part of the establishment's opening.
• Control, monitor and maintain the building's facilities and technical equipment.
• Perform or coordinate the work, repairs and interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the establishment.
• Follow up on safety requirements, Tertianum Group directives and applicable cantonal requirements.
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of safety, prevention and training measures related to occupational health and safety standards and the Tertianum safety concept.
• Follow-up missions and interventions, with particular attention to the quality of the work done and compliance with commitments.
• Collaborate with different sectors and contribute to a culture of feedback, prevention and continuous improvement.
• Ensure waste management, procurement, budgetary monitoring and administrative elements related to the service.

Your profile

• SWC operating agent or equivalent training.
• Good knowledge in the fields of safety, SIBE and, ideally, MSST.
• Technical experience, ideally in a medical-social institution or a comparable environment.
• Good control of computer tools.
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy and ability to prioritize.
• Relationship, warm attitude and taste of contact with residents and teams.
• Taste for various challenges, finding solutions and continuous improvement.
• Very good command of French.
