At Hôpital de La Tour, we aim to gather the best talents around our patients, to develop a team that inspires what is done best in the world and to be a motivating place for healthcare professionals who have the ambition to provide better care every day. • Responsibilities To complete our Operating Block, we are looking for a 100% Anesthesia Nurse (ref: 1815) Your role: Within a multidisciplinary team of experts and a modern technical environment, you actively contribute to the safety and smooth execution of surgical interventions: - Preparation of the necessary materials and devices for anesthesia (before, during and after the intervention) - Continuous monitoring of vital and circulatory functions - Management of infusions and administration of anesthetic treatments - Participation in the fluidity of the operating program in close collaboration with the surgical team - Transmission of information and drafting of reports - Active contribution to the quality and safety of treatments • Requirements We are looking for a profile that meets the following criteria: - Diploma in nursing with specialization in anesthesia - Red Cross recognition (essential for foreign diplomas) - Swiss EPD ES diploma: an asset - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in anesthesia - Network, sense of responsibility and spirit of initiative - Calmness, discretion and excellent stress management - Team spirit, flexibility and sense of organization • What we offer • We offer you: - Indefinite contract (CDI) at 100% - Variable schedules according to the operating block plan - Attractive and evolving remuneration: CHF 92,000 to CHF 123,000 gross/year according to experience and skills - Modern working environment and state-of-the-art equipment - Dynamic and collaborative team Contact
