- Test bench work
- Setting up, assembling and aligning large transmissions on the test bench (mechanical and hydraulic connection).
- Completed vocational training as a machine, poly-, automotive or agricultural machinery mechanic with FCC Experience in rail vehicle construction Experience in quality assurance High technical understanding
- Good PC user skills and experience with Microsoft Office
Main responsibilities
- Test bench work
- Setting up, assembling and aligning large transmissions on the test bench (mechanical and hydraulic connection).
- Conducting type tests, series acceptance, noise and vibration measurements according to predefined load collectives.
- Monitoring and documenting measured values (temperature, vibration, torque, pressure)
- Maintenance and care of test bench equipment and measurement technology. Transmission assembly work
- Assembly of individual components of the transmission assembly
- Thermal joining of bearings and joining of conical press fits
- Assembly of drive units for the full rail sector
- Assembly and measurement of bearing assemblies
Key requirements
- Completed vocational training as a machine, poly-, automotive or agricultural machinery mechanic with FCC Experience in rail vehicle construction Experience in quality assurance High technical understanding
- Good PC user skills and experience with Microsoft Office
