The Lead (Field) Service Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations.

- Main responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on a range of industrial pumps and agitators.
- Bac+2 degree (BTS, DUT) in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, ideally in the pump or rotating machinery sector.

- Perform preventive and corrective diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on a range of industrial pumps and agitators.
- Ensure the commissioning and installation of new equipment among customers.
- Train customer operators in basic equipment use and maintenance.
- Write accurate and detailed intervention reports.
- Manage spare parts stocks required for interventions.
- Provide first-level technical support to clients and the service team.
- Identify opportunities for selling services or spare parts during interventions.
- Participate in continuous improvement of service processes and tools.
- Act as a technical leader for junior technicians, accompany and train them.
Key requirements
- Bac+2 degree (BTS, DUT) in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, ideally in the pump or rotating machinery sector.
- Strong skills in mechanics, electricity and hydraulics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and plans.
- Mastery of diagnostic and measurement tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiatives.
- Valid driving licence and availability for frequent travel on French territory.
- Master's degree in French (written and oral).
- Technical English is a plus.
- Experience in coaching or team leadership would be an asset. What we offer you
