- Plan and manage internal engineering activities
- Together with the project team, create high-quality engineering documents and make a significant contribution to the project's success
- Through the management of authorization and acceptance activities, achieve a defect-free quality of the vehicles and timely authorization
- Develop innovative solutions for high-level modernization offers for our customers
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent education
- Long experience in leading complex projects in an international environment
- Long experience in the railway industry or in the infrastructure sector
- Team player with high social skills, sense of responsibility and leadership skills
- Completed business economics training desirable Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Structured, goal-oriented, dynamic and loyal personality
- Negotiation skills in German and English, further languages an asset
