Long experience in leading complex projects in an international environment

Main responsibilities

  • Timely execution, planning and management of complex modernization projects in an international environment
  • Together with the project team, implement the customer's obligations and develop future-oriented modernization solutions Lead a motivated project team
  • Plan and manage internal engineering activities
  • Together with the project team, create high-quality engineering documents and make a significant contribution to the project's success
  • Through the management of authorization and acceptance activities, achieve a defect-free quality of the vehicles and timely authorization
  • Develop innovative solutions for high-level modernization offers for our customers

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent education
  • Long experience in leading complex projects in an international environment
  • Long experience in the railway industry or in the infrastructure sector
  • Team player with high social skills, sense of responsibility and leadership skills
  • Completed business economics training desirable Entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • Structured, goal-oriented, dynamic and loyal personality
  • Negotiation skills in German and English, further languages an asset
