Team management 80 - 100% (dipl. nursing specialist HF/FH) For our Spitex organization, we are looking for a responsible and committed team leader who, with expertise, empathy and organizational talent, accompanies and develops our employees in everyday care. What to expect
- Professional, human and organizational management of an interprofessional care team with approximately 15 employees
- Operational planning and ensuring needs-based and high-quality care
- Support and coaching of employees in everyday life
- Close cooperation with the Head of Core Service and external partners (doctors, relatives, etc.)
- Co-design and implementation of projects for the further development of Spitex care
- You are close to the base and ready to take on assignments in care
What you bring
- several years of professional and managerial experience (advantage in the Spitex and/or in the acute field)
- completed leadership training or willingness to complete
- Good IT user knowledge as well as knowledge of Perigon and interRAI HC
