- Planning, coordination and training of employees
- Takes care of order & cleanliness and is responsible for compliance with the operating regulations Creates the holiday planning
- Leads personnel interviews (conversation notes, annual interviews, etc.)
- Collaboration, management and implementation of small projects Continuously applies the CIP process
- Monitors the KPI’s in its areas (commute & WE services, BAF, open material shifts, etc.)
- Takes countermeasures in case of deviations
- Employee Recruitment & Onboarding, Preparations for Entry Staff development
- Admin activities with our ERP systems such as INFOR, MS-Office, L-Mobile and various internal IT programs

- Ability to solve problems and think analytically Very good team and communication skills
- Very good Microsoft Office knowledge for creating data analytics, documentation and presentations SAP knowledge is an advantage
