Main responsibilities
- Collaborate on projects and take responsibility for smaller projects - plan, accompany and carry out repair work.
- Obtain offers and plan replacement and new investments
- Manage, coordinate and monitor external services including contracts
- Monitor/operate/adjust all systems and building technology including mandatory tests (alarm, sprinkler, heating and ventilation systems)
- Drive the continuous improvement process (CIP) Area and environmental maintenance Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience: in a comparable function
- Completed basic or further training: in technical area (e.g. agricultural machinery mechanic) or a corresponding further training
- Used to think for yourself and tackle work independently
- Very good contact and communication skills, enjoy a well-functioning company
- Willingness to solve problems even outside of official operating hours
