Manage, coordinate and monitor external services including contracts
Monitor/operate/adjust all systems and building technology including mandatory tests (alarm, sprinkler, heating and ventilation systems)
Drive the continuous improvement process (CIP) Area and environmental maintenance Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience: in a comparable function
Completed basic or further training: in technical area (e.g. agricultural machinery mechanic) or a corresponding further training
Used to think for yourself and tackle work independently
Very good contact and communication skills, enjoy a well-functioning company
Willingness to solve problems even outside of official operating hours
