Main responsibilities
- They accompany and promote learners and students in the field of surgery and medicine, individual and learning goal-oriented and are responsible for the qualification procedures, certificates of competence and selection procedures
- They advise and support vocational trainers and nurses in the departments in pedagogical topics
- They are responsible for the planning, preparation, implementation and follow-up of teaching sequences, and pedagogical training
- You will contribute to the adaptation of the training concept as well as the development of work and assessment tools Requirements
- They have their education as Dipl. Nursing professional FH completed
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in acute care and advantageously have practical pedagogical experience and the vocational trainer course or are ready to complete it
- You have good German (verbal and written) as well as PC knowledge (Word, PowerPoint)
