- As an electrical system engineer, you will take on technical responsibility for the project planning, design and integration of electrical systems as part of rail vehicle modernization projects.

Main responsibilities
- As an electrical system engineer, you will take on technical responsibility for the project planning, design and integration of electrical systems as part of rail vehicle modernization projects.
- You ensure that the technical solutions are implemented functionally, in accordance with standards and economically.
- System responsibility for electrical vehicle components, in particular low-voltage electrical systems, drive and traction systems, lighting systems and other electrical and mechatronic subsystems.
- Development and coordination of technical concepts, specifications and integration solutions in close collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
- Creation and maintenance of engineering documents suitable for production and assembly, such as circuit diagrams, cable lists, equipment lists and technical specifications.
- Technical support for suppliers, including requirements definition, interface clarification, design reviews and acceptance.
- Accompanying the implementation in assembly, manufacturing and commissioning as well as technical support for functional, type and acceptance tests.
- Carrying out analyses, clarifications and variant assessments to develop robust and economical modernization solutions.
- Collaboration with customers, test centers and experts as well as support in approval issues.
- Accompanying projects throughout all phases, from concept definition to engineering and integration to testing and approval.
