- Responsabilità
- Solution Design & Development: Collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders (including Supply Chain and other departments), you will meticulously analyze business needs, define comprehensive business cases, and design robust, scalable workflows within the Pega platform.
- You are in last year of an engineering school in Supply Chain or any similar scientific field.
- You have a good understanding of BI tools, data architecture and overall ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
Main responsibilities
- Responsabilità
- Solution Design & Development: Collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders (including Supply Chain and other departments), you will meticulously analyze business needs, define comprehensive business cases, and design robust, scalable workflows within the Pega platform.
- Conducting thorough requirements gathering sessions, utilizing various techniques such as workshops and interviews to fully understand stakeholder needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Developing and maintaining detailed design documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across all aspects of the solution.
Key requirements
- You are in last year of an engineering school in Supply Chain or any similar scientific field.
- You have a good understanding of BI tools, data architecture and overall ERP systems (SAP is a plus).

Application process
- Implementing and testing Pega applications, adhering to best practices for software engineering, version control, and continuous integration.
- Supervising the development process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Creating comprehensive user documentation and training materials to support the adoption and ongoing use of the new systems.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Identifying and analyzing non‑value‑added processes, proposing innovative solutions for optimization and automation using Pega's capabilities.
- Developing and implementing automated workflows to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and minimize errors.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for further improvement and making necessary adjustments.
- Contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of our process improvement methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
