You can look forward to this
- Independent processing and auditing of creditor and debtor invoices for our clinics in Switzerland
- Clarification of differences and complaints arising from invoicing and the corresponding coordination of necessary clarifications with internal and external bodies
- Invoicing to external customers and recipients
- Active participation in projects and process optimizations to help shape the further development of departments
- Processing case-related creditors’ invoices and ensuring correct handling/allocation for medical material and medicine bills
- Support of the team in day-to-day business and as a deputy to ensure a smooth process

- Successfully completed basic commercial training
- Good knowledge of debt management, dunning and debt collection procedures
- Experienced handling of MS Office and ERP/financial systems
- Strong numerical understanding and interest in process optimization
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
