Main responsibilities
- In the daily clinical setting, you take over the psychotherapeutic treatment of patients in individual and group therapies.
- Case-related documentation, reports and performance recording in the clinic information system are part of your everyday life with the support of our secretariat.
- In a manageable team of ten people, you will experience interprofessional cooperation at eye level and short decision-making paths.
- A modern, evidence-based and versatile treatment offer you actively shape.
- You are dedicated to high-quality group psychotherapy, including an interactively open therapy group, psychoeducation, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), social competence training (SKT) and analytic-mentalization-based groups.
- External supervision, internal case discussions and individual professional support by an experienced psychotherapeutic and psychiatric management regularly accompany you.
- For every ten percent of your employment, you take on individual therapeutic case management for a patient, which keeps your case portfolio manageable. Requirements
