Main responsibilities

  • Assessment, root cause analysis, initiation of measures and documentation in the event of customer complaints and internal quality problems
  • Collaboration, maintenance and implementation of the HACCP safety concept Assessment of foreign body hazards
  • Review and update of the company's allergen list and allergen verifications
  • Creation and implementation of training courses Carrying out internal audits

Key requirements

  • 2-3 years: Professional experience, preferably in the food industry
  • Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in the food sector
  • Strong analytical skills and precise way of working Willingness to work alone and in a team Software knowledge (SAP)
