- Collaboration, maintenance and implementation of the HACCP safety concept Assessment of foreign body hazards
- 2-3 years: Professional experience, preferably in the food industry
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in the food sector
Main responsibilities
- Assessment, root cause analysis, initiation of measures and documentation in the event of customer complaints and internal quality problems
- Collaboration, maintenance and implementation of the HACCP safety concept Assessment of foreign body hazards
- Review and update of the company's allergen list and allergen verifications
- Creation and implementation of training courses Carrying out internal audits
Key requirements
- 2-3 years: Professional experience, preferably in the food industry
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in the food sector
- Strong analytical skills and precise way of working Willingness to work alone and in a team Software knowledge (SAP)
