Your responsibilities
The centerpiece between planning and production. Take on a key role in our production environment and become the central hub between materials, orders and capacities. With your organizational talent, you ensure that everything is ready for successful production at the right time and in the right place.
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process standards in ongoing production operations
- Self-responsible planning, control and monitoring of production orders from material availability to on-time delivery
- Prioritization, release and coordination of production orders and ensuring a smooth production supply
- Active support of team management in the daily shop floor management and cooperation as team spokesperson
- First-level support for SAP and production-related systems as well as competent contact person for system-side questions of employees
- Analysis and coordination of process and system problems as well as forwarding to key users
- Identification of optimization potential and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives (lean management, KVP, 5S)
- Participation in the further development of processes, plants and workflows
- Basic technical or commercial training completed
- Several years of experience in a production environment, ideally in production planning, AVOR or order management
- Good knowledge of production processes as well as experience in planning and coordinating orders
- Strong organisational talent and the ability to set priorities correctly, even in a dynamic environment
- High social skills, assertiveness and pleasure in working with different interfaces
- Secure handling of MS Office and ERP systems, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German skills in word and writing, English skills are advantageous
- High motivation as well as the willingness to go the extra mile if necessary and to participate operationally in the production environment
