• Responsibility and leadership of the respective layer
• Completing various administrative activities
• Operating various production facilities

Requirements

• 2-3 years: in industry
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): in the food sector or plant management
• Readiness for shift work (2 to 3 shifts)
• First leadership experience
• High communication personality
• Readiness for personal development
• German (flowing)
