Main responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of our dedicated service team
- Care of demanding properties and active expansion of our portfolio by concluding new service contracts
- Creating efficient resource and route planning, coordinating piketting service and ensuring smooth operation of maintenance, repairs and commissioning
- Calculation of service offers, material procurement as well as budget compliance and billing of service orders
- Ensuring the high quality standards of our services and compliance with occupational safety guidelines Requirements
- Successfully completed basic training EFZ with many years of experience
- Many years of experience in the service business of ventilation and air conditioning technology Leadership experience
- High quality awareness, negotiating skills and a strong service orientation
- Reliable and responsible personality with a well-groomed appearance
- Style-confident knowledge of German in word and writing and driving licence Cat. B is mandatory
