Main responsibilities
- Realize and operate IT infrastructures for our customers
- Implementation of Move, Add & Change services Support of the service solutions Takeover of IT projects
- Supporting the Sales & Pre-sales team in technical matters Acquisition 2nd and 3rd level support Create and update documentation
- Creating solution concepts and system architectures Requirements:
- Basic technical training and further training in computer science, electrical engineering or the like (technical school, university of applied sciences, university of applied sciences) with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Well-founded experience in the areas of Microsoft 365 and Workplace
- Manufacturer certifications at Microsoft Certified Expert level Knowledge of ITIL processes
- High motivation and customer and service orientation Standby for piket service Good knowledge of German and English
- Guide card Cat.
