Main responsibilities
- Professional, medical and personnel management of the Lucerne Clinic, consisting of three acute psychiatric departments
- Carrying out assessments and integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatments for patients
- Monitoring and ensuring performance goals in one's own area
- Participation in the design and implementation of professional and institutional development
- Proactive collaboration and advancement of projects
- Leadership, coaching and support of subordinate employees Requirements:

- Min. 3 years of professional experience in a senior medical management position or first experience as a senior physician
