- Advising and supporting managers in all personnel-relevant issues as a trusted sparring partner at the headquarters and in the national subsidiaries of EMEA.
- Support in organizational development, workforce planning, and change management.
- Promoting the development of employees and managers as well as supporting performance management and development processes.
- Coordination and support of all HR processes throughout the entire employee life cycle (e.g. salary rounds, talent management, succession planning and performance dialogues).
- Responsibility for filling key positions together with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers.
- Support and/or management of HR initiatives and projects across country and functional boundaries.
- Advice on labour law issues as well as the use of HR data and modern technologies for the continuous improvement of processes and decisions. Who you are
