- Advising clients, project developers and operators on the strategic planning, conception and realization of highly available data centers and their support in demanding decision-making processes along the entire project life cycle.
- Assuming the client representation and accompaniment of realization projects – from analysis and procurement through the tendering and construction phase to final acceptance.
- Implementation of technical due diligence and assessments to evaluate existing properties with regard to their data center and TGA infrastructure, potential, risks and sustainability.
- Development of sustainable concepts for critical trades (electricity, climate, safety, network) and quality assurance according to relevant standards (e.g.
- EN 50600, TIA-942).
- Management of challenging consulting mandates and moderation of workshops with interdisciplinary teams from architecture, technical building equipment (TGA) planning and IT.
