- Monitoring and reporting of project progress in terms of schedule, resources and costs as well as the creation of regular cash-drills

Main responsibilities

- showing cost potential and active support of the areas in implementation
- monitoring and coordinating the approval process of project budgets and order requirements, preparation of project activations
